Where Passion and Play Unite

1968 saw Ditton establish it's first ever grassroots community football team, 50 years on we are very proud to have over 18 teams with players ranging from ages 3 through to Mens. We continue to receive much appreciated and great support from Ditton Parish Council as well as valuable local support, leaving us in the fortunate position of being able to use the Ditton Community Centre. With the help of local businesses, the Club has grown and now partakes in regular community based fundraising and activities to support the local area.

As a community football club, we rely heavily on the generosity of our sponsors to help keep costs down. The only income the Club has is from the player's registration fees annually which we aim to keep as minimal as possible.

How is the Club funded?

As a Grassroots Football Club, we unfortunately don't receive annual grants from bodies for our operational costs.  We rely solely on the good will of our volunteers, the fees charged to our members, donations and support from local businesses, funds raised through our various events in the year and ultimately larger sponsorships from businesses of all sizes.

The Club incurs a significant amount of cost each year, and so we break down our fees to cover some things centrally, and also provide our teams with some control over their expenses and choices to determine their own fees.  You can see a breakdown below;
